Shelby County Sheriff’s report, 5/5/26

(Harlan, IA) – The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports several arrests took place this past week:

  • On May 2nd, 19-year-old Kaden James Schofield, of Panama, was arrested on Eluding charges and OWI – 1st offense.
  • On May 3rd, 30-year-old Adam Noel Weuve, of Panama, was arrested for Driving While Barred and Theft in the 2nd Degree; 23-year-old Benjamin Keith Meunchrath, of Earling, was arrested on May 3rd for OWI – first offense; 37-year-old Brett Frederick Mohr, of Harlan, was arrested for Driving Under Suspension, and 23-year-old Robert Kaden Golden, of Irwin, was arrested for Driving While Barred.
  • There were two arrests May 4th in Shelby County: 45-year-old Cody Alan Lile, of Harlan, was arrested for Driving Under Suspension, and 49-year-old Timothy Duane Snyder, of Elk Horn, was arrested for Driving Under Suspension, failure to provide proof of Financial Liability and Probation Violation.
