(Mount Ayr, IA) – The Ringgold County Sheriff’s Office reports three recent arrests:
23-year-old Hunter Lee Pearce, of Mount Ayr, was arrested May 25th at around 4:15-a.m. Pearce was charged with Eluding and Driving While License Suspended. In addition, he was cited for: Failure to File SR-22 Insurance; Speeding; and Fraudulent use of registration plates. His bond was set at $1,300.
52-year-old Amy Michelle Stiner, of Lenox, was arrested May 25th after she turned herself-in on an outstanding Ringgold County warrant for Theft in the 2nd Degree. Her bond was set at $5,000.
And, 24-year-old Javier Agustin Galaviz, of Winterset, was arrested May 26th in Ringgold County, for Driving While License Suspended. His cash-only bond was set at $300.
