(Mount Ayr, IA) – Sheriff’s officials in Ringgold County report a Kellerton man was arrested June 19th on an OWI charge. Authorities say 22-year-old William Conway Harris was arrested for OWI/1st offense. He was transported to the Ringgold County Jail and later released on a $1,000 bond.
Sheriff’s officials said also, 39-year-old Crystalyn S. Weigel and 33-year-old Robert Paul Weigel, both of Mount Ayr, were arrested June 18th on Adams County, IL warrants for Failure To Appear. They were booked into the Ringgold County Jail.
