(Red Oak, IA) – The Red Oak Police Department reports a woman was arrested Tuesday, for Violation of a No Contact Order. 26-year-old Chloe Ann Milner, of Red Oak, was arrested in the 100 block of North 2nd Street. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.
