(Red Oak, IA) – A traffic stop in Red Oak early this (Wednesday) morning (April 29th), resulted in a man being cited into court on a drug charge. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies stopped a vehicle at 2nd Avenue and W. 3rd Street in Red Oak, at around 12:12-p.m., and upon further investigation, issued a summons to 41-year-old Randon Phelps, of Red Oak, for Unlawful Possession of Prescription Pills – a serious misdemeanor.
