(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak, Friday afternoon (July 3rd), arrested a man on two Serious Misdemeanor charges. Authorities say 42-year-old Jeremiah Alan Foote, of Red Oak, was arrested at the intersection of 8th & Summit Streets at around 4-p.m.
Foote was charged with OWI/1st offense and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon while intoxicated, charges. He was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
