(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak, late Friday afternoon, arrested a man on two valid Montgomery County warrants. 37-year-old Brandon Lee Gugenhan, of Red Oak, was arrested on warrants charging him with Leaving the Scene of an accident – failure to provide aid or information ($1,000 cash bond), and Failure to provide proof of financial liability – accident related ($1,500 cash bond).
Gugenhan was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a total $2,500 cash-only bond.
