(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak, Friday morning, arrested 49-year-old Timothy Leroy McConnaughey, of Red Oak, on two Class-D felony charges: Financial Exploitation of an Older Individual, and Elder Abuse causing psychological harm.
McConnaughy was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $10.000 bond.
