(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak have arrested a man on an Assault charge. Authorities report 27-year-old Dixson William Harley Briggs, of Red Oak, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault/1st offense – a Simple Misdemeanor. Briggs was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held without bond.
