(Red Oak, Iowa) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports a man from Red Oak was arrested Friday on a warrant. Authorities say 27-year-old Dixon William Harley Briggs was arrested on the warrant for Violation of Probation. Briggs was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
