(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak report the arrest at around 10:30-a.m. today (Saturday, April 25th), of 46-year-old Michael Shane Webster, from Red Oak. Webster was taken into custody in the 500 block of E. Reed Street, on a charge of Theft in the 3rd Degree – an Aggravated Misdemeanor for Theft from a building. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $2,000 bond.
