(Red Oak, IA) – The Red Oak Police Dept. reports the arrest Tuesday afternoon, of 39-year-old Adam Milford Souza, of Red Oak. He was arrested after officers were called to a fight at Stadium 34. A suspect (Souza) had left the scene prior to their arrival.
He was located and following an investigation, was taken into custody for Burglary in the 1st Degree – a Class B felony. Souza was being held without bond until seen by a magistrate.
