The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest at around 11:30 p.m. Friday, of 36-year-old Kristopher Carl Friesenhahn, of Red Oak. He was arrested in the 800 block of N. 2nd Street for Domestic Abuse Assault/Impeding the floor of air/blood, and Obstruction of Emergency Communications.
Friesenhahn was being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.,
