The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports a man from Red Oak was arrested at around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, following a traffic stop at Broadway and Coolbaugh Streets. 67-year-old Edwin Bryant Vondielingen was taken into custody for OWI/1st offense.
