(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak arrested a man early this (Saturday) morning (May 23rd). Their report said 30-year-old Daniel John Platt, of Red Oak, was taken into custody at around 2:23-a.m. for OWI/2nd offense (An aggravated misdemeanor), and Eluding (A serious misdemeanor).
Platt was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $2,000 cash or surety bond.
