(Red Oak, IA) – A foot pursuit Monday night in Red Oak, resulted in the arrest of 37-year-old Brandon Lee Gugenhan, of Red Oak. The man was arrested at around 10:55-p.m. in the 1000 block of Division Street, on a charge of Interference with Official Acts.
Gugenhan was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $300 bond.
