(Clarinda, IA) – As the United States marks its 250th Anniversary, officials with the Iowa State Bar Association say they are proud to present Page County with an official 250th Anniversary commemorative flag. The presentation will take place on May 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Page County Courthouse, near the courthouse flagpole.
This presentation is part of a broader effort to honor the nation’s founding and reflect on 250 years of American history, law, and civic life. The commemorative flag will serve as a symbol of unity, service, and the enduring rule of law.
As part of the ceremony, local attorneys will participate in a reaffirmation of their professional oaths, underscoring their continued commitment to uphold the Constitution and serve their communities with integrity.
Members of the public are warmly invited to attend and join local, county, and state officials in receiving and raising the flag in celebration of this historic milestone.
