(Red Oak, IA) –A man from northwest Iowa’s Sioux County was arrested this (Monday) morning, following a traffic stop in Montgomery County. 43-year-old Renato Rubio, of Hawarden, was arrested at around 10:30-a.m. for driving while barred and possession of a controlled substance.
Rubio was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $2,000 bond.
