(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak investigated a property damage accident Friday afternoon. Authorities say the investigation determined a 2008 Ford F-150 pickup driven by 42-year-old Jeremiah Alan Foote, of Red Oak, was traveling northbound on Eastern Avenue at around 3:50-p.m., when the vehicle struck in a sideswipe fashion, a unoccupied, legally parked 2023 Chrysler Pacifica van, registered to Father Flanigan’s Boys Home. No injuries were reported.
Prior to officers’ arrival, Foote left the scene, but left his information for them. The vehicles sustained an estimated, combined $4,500 damage. No citations were issued.
