(Red Oak, IA) – A man from Nebraska who was wanted for being a Fugitive from Justice, was arrested late Saturday night in Montgomery County. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old John William Fritz, of Wymore, NE, was arrested at around 11:47-p.m., on warrants out of Jefferson County, NE. The warrants were for Sexual Assault on a Child in the 3rd Degree, and Sexual Assault without Consent in the 3rd Degree.
Fritz was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held without bond.
