Nebraska man arrested in Montgomery County Monday afternoon & held for ICE

(Red Oak, IA) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports a man from Nebraska was arrested Monday afternoon in the 2000 block of Commerce Drive, after authorities received a call about an intoxicated male causing issues.

Deputies arrested 26-year-old Antonio Chitic, of Omaha, at around 2:47-p.m., and charged him with Public Intoxication. Chitic was being held in the Montgomery County Jail for ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), because he is allegedly in the country illegally, from Guatemala.
