(Red Oak, IA) – A traffic stop early this (Thursday) morning in Red Oak, resulted in an arrest. Authorities say Red Oak Police conducted the traffic stop at around 1:40-a.m. in the 100 block of W. Coolbaugh Street, and upon further investigation arrested 53-year-old Kevin White Carey, of Omaha, NE, for OWI/1st offense.
Carey was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
