(Red Oak, IA) – Sheriff’s deputies in Montgomery County, Friday (today), arrested a woman on an assault charge. 38-year-old Angela Flinn, of Elliott, was arrested at around 8:45-a.m., in the 2000 block of 145th Street. Flinn was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held without bond.
