Mills County Sheriff’s report: Arrests May 11-17

(Glenwood, IA) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports eight arrests took place between May 11th and the 17th:

  • On May 11th: 31-year-old Shawn Edmund Tesori, of Council Bluffs, was arrested in Pacific Junction, for Theft in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 5th Degree, and Escape from Custody – As a misdemeanant. Tesori was released on his Own Recognizance, pending a bond review hearing; 46-year-old Helen Elaine Tuper, of Red Oak, was arrested May 11th in Glenwood, for Failure to Appear. (Bond was set at $1,000).
  • Mills County Deputies arrested 34-year-old Aaron Ray McDaniel, of Pacific Junction, on May 12th. He was charged with Attempted Murder, Assault while participating in a Felony – no injury, and Intimidation with a dangerous weapon – no injury. McDaniel was being held on a $110,000, with his Preliminary Hearing set for May 22nd.
  • On May 14th, 48-year-old Adrian Charles Bauer, of Emerson, was arrested for Harassment of a public official or employee. Bond was set at $300. Bauer’s Pre-Trial Conference was set for June 23rd.
  • Mills County Deputies arrested 44-year-old Donald Paul Kadereit, II, of Council Bluffs, May 15th, on an Out-of-County or State warrant. His bond was set at $500.
  • On the 16th, 32-year-old Patrick Clayton Giesting, of Malvern, was arrested in Pacific Junction, for Driving Under Suspension. ($300 bond); 46-year-old Suzanne Kay Labastida, of Pacific Junction, was also arrested on the 16th. She was charged with Failure to Appear (Bond $5,000).
  • And, on May 17th, Mills County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 46-year-old Christopher Joseph Brown, of Pacific Junction, for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order.
