Mills County Sheriff’s report, 8/11/26

(Glenwood, IA) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports 16 arrests occurred between July 28th and August 8th:

51-year-old Paula Kaye McFarland, of West Haven, UT, was arrested Aug. 8th near Emerson, for OWI/1st offense.

On Aug. 7th: 27-year-old Logan Seil Petersen, of Omaha, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana/3rd offense, Poss. of drug paraphernalia, and Assault with display of a dangerous weapon; and, 72-year-old John Robert Fuller, of Henderson, was arrested for OWI/1st offense.

68-year-old Diane Davis, of Omaha, was arrested Aug. 4th for Possession of a controlled substance/3rd or subsequent offense, and 35-year-old Mikel Ann Erickson, of Lewis, was arrested for Failure to appear on a felony charge.

There were three arrests on Aug. 3rd in Mills County: 41-year-old Matthew Paul Dennis, of Council Bluffs, was arrested for Driving While Barred; 32-year-old Nickolaus Brett, Sr., of Plattsmouth, NE, was arrested for Contempt of Court/Disobedience of a court order; and 63-year-old Jeanne Lee West, of Omaha, was arrested for Poss. of drug paraphernalia.

42-year-old Bradley Clay, Jr., of Omaha, was arrested Aug. 1st for OWI/1st offense. On July 31st, 23-year-old Lewis Leroy Riche, of Glenwood, was arrested by Mills County deputies, for Assault with bodily injury, and Child Endangerment. There were three arrests on July 30th: 33-year-old Lindsey Joanne Krause, of Silver City, was arrested on two counts of Assault with bodily injury; 25-year-old Eduardo Antonio Gonzalez Garcia, of Bellevue, NE, was arrested for Eluding – speed 25 mph over the limit; and 34-year-old Christian Joseph Newman, of Pacific Junction, was arrested for Assault with bodily injury.

Two people were arrested July 29th in Glenwood: 60-year-old Rickey Alan Brammer, of Malvern, was arrested for Failure to Appear, and, 66-year-old Jesse William Joslin, of Omaha, was arrested for Possession of a controlled substance/2nd offense, and Poss. of drug paraphernalia

And, on the 28th of July, Mills County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 18-year-old Samuel Lee Kanoski, of Omaha, for Burglary in the 3rd degree, and trafficking of stolen weapons/1st offense.
