(Glenwood, IA) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports more than a dozen people were arrested between June 1st and the 7th. One of the individuals was arrested/charged three times. They include:
On June 7th: 69-year-old William Joseph Wilcoxsen, of Clarinda, was arrested for Harassment in the 1st Degree (No bond), and 39-year-old Courtney Jo Vcelik, of Lincoln, IA, for Violation of Probation ($5,000 bond). Both subjects were arrested in Glenwood at different times of the day.
Three people were arrested June 6th in Mills County: 45-year-old Dusty Len Erickson, of Glenwood, was arrested in Glenwood on 3 counts of Lascivious Acts with a Child, and 1 count of Sexual Abuse/2nd offense, of a person under the age of 12 (Bond $55,000 on the Sex abuse charge); 21-year-old Martaves Deshone Keys, of Des Moines (IA) was arrested June 6th in Pacific Junction, for Going Armed w/Intent and Assault w/Bodily Injury (Bond $6,000); 21-year-old Austin Tyler Allison, of Des Moines, (IA) was arrested on the 6th in Pacific Junction, for Assault – Display of a Dangerous Weapon, and person ineligible to carry a weapon (Bond $2,000).
There were three arrests on June 4th, as well: 32-year-old Bragun Michael Michaelsen, of Pacific Junction, was arrested in Pacific Junction, for Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Theft in the 1st Degree (>$10,000). Bond was set at $15,000. He was subsequently charged with Ongoing Criminal Conduct, Burglary in the 3rd Degree, and Theft in the 1st Degree (>$10,000). Bond on those charges was set at $40,000; and 32-year-old Patrick Clayton Giesting, of Glenwood, was arrested June 6th in Pacific Junction, for Theft in the2nd Degree (Bond $5,000).
There were two arrests June 3rd in Mills County: 40-year-old Nicholas Adam Baker, of Council Bluffs, was arrested in Pacific Junction for Failure To Appear- a Class D Felony. Held with Bond; 32-year-old Bragun Michael Michaelsen was arrested in Council Bluffs, for Burglary in the 3rd, Theft in the 1st (>$10,000), and Criminal Mischief in the 1st Degree (>$10,000). Bond on those charges amounted to $25,000.
And, three people were arrested June 1st: 25-year-old Damian Lee Mutchler, of Shenandoah, was arrested in Glenwood, on three counts of Child Endangerment (Bond total: $6,000); 61-year-old Ruth Kristine Burns, of Red Oak, was arrested in Glenwood, for Failure To Appear (Bond $1,000); and, 31-year-old Thomas Jason Riemer, of Omaha, was arrested in Pacific Junction, for OWI/1st offense (Bond $1,000).
