(Greenfield, IA) – A man from Cass County (IA) was arrested last week on OWI and other charges, in Adair County. According to the Adair County Sheriff’s Department, 48-year-old Brian David Krauth, of Massena, was arrested at around 2:45 a.m. on July 26th, following a traffic stop in Fontanelle.
A sheriff’s deputy observed a vehicle driven by Krauth, which appeared to be traveling on the wrong side of South 1st Street. Following an investigation that occurred during the traffic stop, Krauth was charged with OWI/2nd offense, Driving While License is Denied or Revoked for OWI, Driving on the wrong side of a 2-way highway, and Operating a vehicle without registration.
Krauth was released later that same day on a $3,000 bond.
