(Atlantic, IA) – This Thursday, June 11th, is “World Cup Day” at Produce in the Park, located at the downtown Atlantic City Park (10 W. 7th Street). During the event, you and your family can enjoy soccer-themed fun and international flavors, plus live music by the Omaha-based rock band Gallivant, sponsored by Rolling Hills Bank. There’s also face painting, guest chefs, visiting community organizations, and more.
Produce in the Park always features fresh produce, including: leafy greens, radishes, green onions, carrots, and more; local meats (lamb, chicken, pork, and beef); farm-fresh eggs; honey, breads including sourdough; baked goods and desserts (cookies, cupcakes, kringle, cinnamon rolls, and more); arts and crafts; soaps; candles; decorations, gifts, and potted plants.
