(Greenfield, IA) – A Polk County man was arrested last week on an Adair County warrant. Sheriff Jeff Vandewater reports 51-year-old Billy Gene Hart, of Urbandale, was arrested March 22nd at the Decatur County Jail, on the Bench/Public arrest warrant for Violation of Probation on an original charge of OWI/1st offense.
Hart was transported to the Adair County Jail and later released on a $1,000 bond. His probation violation hearing is set to take place April 10th.
