(Atlantic, IA) – Officials with the Sunnyside Pool in Atlantic say adults will take over the pool this Friday evening, July 10th, for a “Sip & Dip” Friday. The 21 and older event runs from 6:30 to 9:00 PM., and offers adults the perfect chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy the pool in a whole new way. Whether you’re floating under the evening sun set, lounging poolside with friends, or jumping into a few friendly games on deck, Sip & Dip delivers a laid-back atmosphere with just the right amount of fun, according to Pool Manager Chelsie Rush.
Guests will be treated to live music from Brandon Toft, setting the tone for a great night with a mix of feel-good tunes. Sippin’ Pretty will be on deck serving up specialty summer drinks, beer, and refreshing non-alcoholic options, so everyone can sip something they love.
To keep the vibes going, guests can enjoy complimentary dips and snacks throughout the evening, because no social gathering is complete without a little something to snack on. For those looking to add a playful twist to the night but not wanting to dig out the swim suit, the pool deck will feature fun golf-themed games as well as other “yard” games that are easy to jump into, whether you’re competitive or just in it for the laughs.
