Red Oak Police announced in a press release that a traffic stop Saturday at 12:03 am near the intersection of 3rd Avenue and West 3rd Street resulted in the arrest of 43-year-old Terence Chevy Magill of Red Oak. Magill was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense. Magill was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
