(Red Oak, IA) – Officers with the Red Oak Police Department, Tuesday night, arrested a man for Reckless Use of a Firearm. 44-year-old Troy Scott Williams, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 10:50-p.m. in the 1000 block of E. Cherry Street. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $300 bond.
