Atlantic, Iowa ─ The Nishna Valley YMCA is inviting community members, leaders, and YMCA supporters
to take part in an upcoming community forum, “Blueprint for the Next Chapter,” focused on shaping the
future of the organization and its growing impact.
The event will be held on Wednesday, April 29 at the Cass County Community Center (805 W 10th St.,
Atlantic, IA). The evening will begin with a Dinner & Social at 5:00 PM, followed by a Community Input
Session from 5:30–7:30 PM.
This forum is designed to bring together YMCA members and the broader community to share ideas,
provide feedback, and help guide the strategic direction of the YMCA as it continues to expand and
enhance its facilities through the Vision Atlantic projects.
“Community input is essential as we plan for the future,” said Dan Haynes, Executive Director of the
Nishna Valley YMCA. “This is an opportunity for individuals to have a direct voice in shaping the
programs, spaces, and services that will serve our community for years to come.”
Dinner will be provided by Downtowner Café & Catering, and complimentary drinks will be available
during the social hour. The YMCA encourages all interested individuals to attend and contribute to the conversation about the organization’s long-term vision and sustainability.
