(Red Oak, IA) – Sheriff’s Deputies in Montgomery County conducted two traffic stops over the past week that resulted in two separate arrests. On Sunday, April 12th, 71-year-old Robert Allan Blank, of Villisca, was arrested at around 10:25-p.m., following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Highway 34. Blank was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $300 bond.
And, on Friday, April 10th, a traffic stop at around 9:25-p.m. near Highway 34/Evergreen Avenue, resulted in the arrest of 27-year-old Candelaria Lopez-Castenada, of Omaha, NE, for OWI/1st offense. Lopez-Castenada was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
