The Pottawattamie County Road Department says Main Street in the city of Minden is now open. The road opened Friday morning after being closed on September 8 as the city of Minden replaced a storm sewer culvert under Main St/ Tamarack Rd just east of the Perry Street/ 340th ST (L66) intersection.
