(Atlantic) Atlantic School Principal Heather McKay is stepping down from her position and will return to teaching as part of the English Department. McKay announced her intentions to High School Staff Thursday afternoon. The open High School Principal’s position is currently posted on the District’s website.
Heather McKay started her career in Atlantic as an English teacher before moving into the High School Administrator position. She served alongside Assistant Principal Andrew Mitchell, who handles activities and other administrative duties.
