Atlantic, Iowa – Cass Health is offering low-cost lab draw appointments on April 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, and May 1 from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. in the Cass Health Laboratory, located at 1501 E 10th Street in Atlantic.
A general blood screening is available for $30, with additional tests offered for a small fee. Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling 712-243-3250 or by visiting cciaph.as.me/wellness.
The $30 screening includes glucose, hemoglobin, white blood count, red blood count, hematocrit, liver function, kidney function, and a lipid panel (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides).
Additional screenings available for an added fee include:
- TSH – $15
- Uric Acid – $10
- Hemoglobin A1C – $15
- PSA – $20
- Vitamin D – $30
Participants should fast overnight prior to their appointment. A small amount of water or black coffee the morning of the blood draw is permitted.
