In area county races, many on the ballot are unopposed. But there are some races to keep an eye on to day.
In Adair County, Republican Ryan Benn and Democrat Michael D. Maynes are vying for the County Attorney position.
In Adams County, the race for Supervisor in District 4 features Republican Leland Shipley and Juli Cooper.
In Montgomery County, The Supervisor District 4 race is between Republican Dwayne Adams and Democrat Jan Norris.
In Pottawattamie County, five candidates are seeking the three open position on the Board of Supervisors. They include: Republicans Jeff Jorgensen, Susan M. Miller and Mark Shoemaker, along with Democrats Shawna Anderson and Dennis Gunderson.
In Shelby County, one Supervisor seat is available and the race features Republican Bryce Schaben and Rick Kiesel.
