(Atlantic, IA) – The winners of the 2026 Cass County Fair Queen and King contest were announced during Thursday evening’s events at the Fair, in Atlantic. The judges chose Clara Kennedy as Fair Queen and Colin Rudy to be the Fair King. Kennedy is the daughter of Zak and Emily Kennedy, and a member of the Cass County Cowpokes and Atlantic FFA. As Fair Queen, she will represent Cass County at the 2026 Iowa State Fair.

Colin Rudy is the son of Chuck and Jill Rudy, and a member of the Cass County Cowpokes and Atlantic FFA. He has been involved in 4-H for 12 years and FFA for three years.

Olivia Olson was named the 2026 Cass County Fair Princess, while Walker Gary earned the title of Fair Prince. Fair Olson is the daughter of Jon and Kate Olson. She is a member of Pymosa and Atlantic FFA. Walker Gary is the son of Mark and Nicole Gary. He is a member of the Bear Grove Blazers and Griswold FFA.
Nine candidates competed for the Fair Queen title. Karley Byers was named Miss Congeniality. The other candidates included; Alyson Dreager, Jacquelyn Freund, Ada Hansen, Ryanna Harrison, Clara Kennedy, Leah Ohms, Olivia Olson, and Callie Rudy. The four finalists were Clara Kennedy, Olivia Olson, Ada Hansen, and Alyson Dreager.
Four candidates competed for the Cass County Fair King title: Colin Rudy, Walker Gary, Kole Sorensen, and Dylen Dreager. Rudy was also named Mr. Congeniality.
The judges selected candidates Zola Zellmer as Little Miss, and Wade Zellmer as Little Mister.
