DES MOINES, Iowa — A report from KCCI-TV says a man from Guthrie County was arrested recently and charged with Grooming and Dissemination of Obscene Materials. The charges were filed against 39-year-old Charles Rash, after he allegedly sent obscene materials to a person he thought was a teenager, but was who was actually an undercover Guthrie County Sheriff’s Deputy.
Rash was booked into the Polk County Jail on charges of grooming and dissemination of obscene material to a minor. He is set to appear in court Friday.
