In a correction to our earlier post, we must retract information gleaned from documents submitted to us that were reported without verifying information with publicly available information. The attorney for Mr. Clarke has indicated that the inclusion of the phrasing that the victim was 4 years of age or older was a misstatement of the statute and was “…simply inaccurate…”. The accurate description of the statute would support that the defendant “..is four or more years older than the other person” KJAN News offers a sincere apology for our confusion as to the charges and information that we presented associated with our previous statement. We have deleted that part of the story from this post.

And, on April 10th, 44-year-old Donald Lee Hume, Jr., of Greenfield, was arrested in Greenfield for Domestic Abuse Assault with Injury or Mental Illness/1st offense. Hume was later released on a $2,000 cash or surety bond, with 10% acceptable.
