Mills County Sheriff’s officials report that on October 12, 2026, an adult female reported she had been sexually assaulted by a male in Pacific Junction on October 7th. A deputy responded and began an investigation into this allegation.
The offender was identified as 33 year old Joshua Miller of Glenwood.
As a result of the investigation, Miller was arrested on Monday, October 26, 2026 and charged with Sexual Abuse by Force, a Class C Felony.
From this investigation, it was discovered there may be additional assault victims. The Mills County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information regarding additional victims to contact the sheriff’s office.
