The “Friends of the Atlantic Library” will hold their annual book sale this week. Greg Williams is helping to coordinate the sale and says the public has been very generous with book donations.
The sale is Wednesday, October 21st, Thursday, October 22nd and Friday, October 23rd from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm each day at the library. Williams says they will also have the popular bag sale on Friday, where you can buy all you can fit into a grocery bag for five dollars.
Library Director Michelle Anderson says the amount of work put in by the group makes the sale easy for shoppers.
Money generated from the sale helps to make improvements to the library and pay for the annual “Shred Day” event.
