(Atlantic, IA) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests for the week of April 10th through the 20th:
On April 10th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dakota Lynn Girouex, 28, of Villisca on the charges of Interference with Official Acts, Reckless Driving, Eluding – Speeding Over the Limit 2nd, and Driving while Barred. Girouex was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
On April 13th, 2026, John Mark Topham, 31, of Griswold turned himself into the Cass County Sheriff’s Office on Cass County Warrants for two counts of Violation of Probation and one count of Nuisance-Obstruction of Land Passage. Topham was booked into the Cass County Jail and was released on bond.
On April 13th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Kenneth Wolcott, 38, of Griswold on the charge of Driving While Barred. Wolcott was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
On April 14th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dylan Michael Moody, 31, of Council Bluffs on the charge of Driving while Barred and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Moody was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later transferred to another agency.
On April 15th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ricky Lee Roby, 70, of Lewis on a Cass County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Roby was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On April 16th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested John Phillip-Smart Vasquez, 22, of Atlantic on a Cass Count Warrant for Contempt-Violation of No Contact Order. Vasquez was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
On April 19th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nicholas Wayne Miles, 49, of Lewis on the charge of OWI – 1st Offense. Miles was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
