(Atlantic, IA) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports there were 11 arrests that took place between June 25th and July 9th. Authorities say six people arrested on drug charges:
52-year-old Annette Rae Exman, of Adair, was arrested July 1st for OWI/1st offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Exman was later released on bond; On July 3rd, 19-year-old Mason Michael Dougherty, of Marne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on bond; Cass County Deputies arrested three people on drug charges July 6th: 47-year-old Tawna Lee Parker, of Atlantic, was arrested on two-counts Possession of a Controlled Substance and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia. She was later released on bond; 30-year-old Sarah Jo Porter, of Cumberland, was arrested on the same charges, and was also released on bond; and, 25-year-old Boston Lee Shupe, of Council Bluffs, was arrested in Cass County for Domestic Abuse Assault/1st offense, and Poss. of Marijuana/3rd offense. He was also later released on bond. And, on July 8th, Cass County Deputies arrested 25-year-old Anisia Valentine King, of Omaha, for Poss. of a Controlled Substance, Poss. of Marijuana/2nd offense, and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia. She was booked into the Cass County Jail and held.
A man from Anita was arrested by Cass County Deputies on a Cass County warrant June 30th, for Violation of the Sex Offender Registry/2nd offense. 58-year-old Martin Ray Gress was later released on bond. That same day, 62-year-old Janelle Sue Tucker, of Harlingen, TX, was arrested in Cass County for OWI/1st offense. She was later released on her own recognizance.
On July 5th, 2026, Cass County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 61-year-old Randall Joe Conry, of Griswold, for OWI/3rd offense, No Valid Drivers License, and Failure to Maintain Control. Conry was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On July 6th: 21-year-old Patrison Fiti, of Atlantic, turned himself in on a Cass County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Fiti was booked and held at the Cass County Jail; 33-year-old Michael Scott Riley, of Lewis, was arrested for Burglary in the 1st Degree, and, and Assault on an Older Individual/1st Offense – with Injury. Riley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
