(Atlantic, IA) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports four recent arrests:
On Tuesday, May 5th, 36-year-old Kristopher Dale Grashorn, of Adair, was arrested on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for Sex Offender Registration Violation 2nd or Subsequent Offense. Grashorn was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On Monday, May 4th, Sheriff’s Deputies in Cass County arrested 31-year-old Daniel Albert Ward, of Atlantic, on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for Theft 2nd Degree >$1,500<$10,000. Ward was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held; And, 70-year-old Ricky Lee Roby, of Lewis, was arrested on a Cass County Warrant for Violation of Probation. Roby was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On May 1st, 51-year-old Brian Lee Carlson, of Elk Horn, was arrested in Cass County for Driving with a Denied/Revoked License-OWI, and Possession of Marijuana – 1st offense. Carlson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
