(Atlantic, IA) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released a report on arrests that took place between July 30th and August 7th.
On August 1st, 2026, Crystal Kay Namanny, 43, of Atlantic, was arrested on charges of OWI – 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession Marijuana – 1st. Namanny was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On August 2nd, 2026, Marshall Everett Harris, 21, of Anita, was arrested on charges of OWI – 1st, Eluding – Speed 25 Over Limit and Carrying Weapon While Intoxicated. Harris was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On August 4th, 2026, Cass County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacky Ray Walters, 39, of Davenport on charges of four counts of Sex Abuse 3rd Degree, Kidnapping 1st Degree, Assault with Bodily Injury and three counts of assault. Walters was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On August 5th, 2026, Sarah Jo Porter, 30, of Cumberland, was arrested on four counts of Possession of Controlled Substances. Porter was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On August 5th, 2026, Cass County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Boston Lee Shupe, 25, of Anita, on the charge of Possession of Marijuana – 3rd Offense. Shupe was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On August 6th, 2026, deputies arrested Kantauo Siwiter Mark, 46, of Atlantic, on the charge of Violation of Probation. Mark was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
