Arrest(s):
On September 4th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Arthur Lee Castle, 51, of Essex on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 1st and Possession of Paraphernalia. Castle was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On September 5th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested David Spencer Reeves, 40, of Anita on the charges of two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault – 3rd, and Child Endangerment. Reeves was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On September 5th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cecil Todd Rife, 50, of Pilgrams Knob, VA on the charge of OWI – 1st Offense. Rife was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On September 6th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dillion Michael Hawley, 28, of Council Bluffs on the charge of OWI – 2nd Offense. Hawley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
