On October 2nd, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler Lee Crawley, 37, of Cumberland on the charge of Interference with Official Acts. Crawley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released with a guilty plea.
On October 2nd, 2026, the Cass County Seriff’s Office arrested James Scott Devoll, 54, of Council Bluffs on the charge of Possession of Controlled Substance. Devoll was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On October 2nd, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Renson Berdon, 34, of Atlantic on the charge of Public Intoxication. Berdon was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On October 4th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nathan Charles Peterson, 45, of Herman, Nebraska on the charge of Possession of Controlled Substance. Peterson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released with a guilty plea.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
