The following will cover Cass County S.O. arrests from 9/17/2026 to current (10/1/26 @ 1:30 pm):
On September 18th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Johnny Lee Kirchner, 38, of Wiota on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for the charge of Sex Offender Registry – 1st Offence. Kirchner was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On September 19th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sean Patrick Burke, 42, of Omaha, NE on the charge of OWI – 1st Offense. Burke was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On September 23rd, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Becky June Sulley, 43, of Griswold on the charge of Possession of Controlled Substance. Sulley was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On September 24th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kenneth Joseph Wheeler, 55, of Council Bluffs on an active warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre Trial Conference on an Atlantic Police Department charge of Indecent Contact with a Child. Wheeler was transported to the Cass County Sheriff’s office where he was booked and held.
On September 24th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lisa Leraine Carlson, 54, of Griswold on the charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, Interference with Official Acts, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Carlson was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On September 27th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lodou RJ Ichiro, 24, of Atlantic on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for Domestic Assault with Intent – 1st. Ichiro was also charged by the Cass County Sheriff’s office with Violation of No Contact/Protective Order. Ichiro was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On September 30th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Shawn Alexander Jensen, 31, of Atlantic on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for Harassment – 3rd Degree. Jensen was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
